Great advice. So true, a one man can become a mess. It’s better to form a team and make your image/name/ brand look great.

It’s very true actually – you’re there to give them the best image you can. If you have to say ‘give me 10 seconds’ and make a tweak, they’ll probably end up thanking you for it. If they don’t understand what you’re doing you can always explain after. You’re right though sometimes you have to fight that urge to say nothing and man up and do what you have to do.

So true, Jared. I too promised myself not to shy away from stopping the shoot if something is bugging me in the frame, regardless of who’s in front of the lens. Inthe end, if you don’t, you’ll always end up trying to polish turds in post… Shoot for the edit should be your primary goal!
