We never went faster than 30MPH. It was useable with out the stabilizer but I wanted a super smooth look. I’d say keep it on the super wide side to minimize rolling shutter and shake and you’re fine. Have at least three people manning the crane and bring lots of rope and other cables to lock down the crane.
