Hi. I'm trying to figure out which Half-Inch Rails gears to buy. I have a Zeiss ZE 28mm, 50mm, 85mm and a Canon 24-70mm. I measure the barrels of all the lenses but am having some difficulty with the chart. If I measured correctly, I would need 1 Large, 1 Medium + and 2 Medium. Is that correct? Please advise. Thanks!

Good article. I am using Redrock's gears but also find them too bulky for lens storage. What I want to ask is, when you went to the closer fitting zip type gear, did that affect your focus throw very much?

On one of my lenses, for example, I go from CU to infinity in about 3/4 of a turn. With the Redrock gear and my Cavision follow focus, I get just over two full turns from CU to infinity. I wouldn't want to cut that down very much.

Thanks!
